Vaillant VRT360F Wireless Programmable Thermostat
The VRT 360F is a wireless two channel programmable room thermostat with an in-built hot water programmer. It offers all the same features as the VRT 360, but requires no wiring.
When used with the ecoTEC Combi boiler the hot water control can be used to provide time control over the AquaComfort system.

Boiler Scrappage Scheme
In December 2009 the Chancellor, Alistair Darling, announced plans for a Boiler Scrappage Scheme, allocating cash to allow those with the most inefficient of boilers to get financial support when upgrading to a more modern unit.
Initial news suggests that from April 2010 the Boiler Scrappage Scheme would give some 125,000 households the right to claim up to £400 towards the purchase and installation of a new, high-efficiency boiler. In a typical 3 bedroom house the estimated fuel saving could be as high as £250 per year.
Currently the Boiler Scrappage Scheme is only for "G-rated" (on the SEDBUK scale) boilers, and is only available for homes in England and Wales, although there is call for this scheme to be made available in Scotland too.
