By purchasing from Solution77 Ltd websites you are agreeing to these terms of use. Solution77 Ltd reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. At each visit you are bound by these alterations.

Solution77 Ltd strictly adheres to the 1984 and 1998 Data Protection Acts concerning the storage and use of personal information. The data collected; email addresses, delivery addresses, cardholders' addresses, credit/debit card numbers and expiry dates, is only used to process, complete and deliver orders.

Any information sent to third party agents of Solution77 Ltd is done so for the purpose of completing an order. Third parties will not keep personal information and will not use it for any purposes other than those above.

The information that Solution77 Ltd collects will not be sold to or used by any third parties, or companies not associated with Solution77 Ltd, for marketing and/or any other reasons. Solution77 Ltd feels very strongly about the use of email addresses for spamming activities, and does not advocate any such behaviour.

Information collected by Solution77 Ltd may be used by ourselves, and only by ourselves, to contact customers to inform them of changes to our offers and services, or changes to terms and conditions of Solution77 Ltd or its sister companies. The CheapBoilers.com website uses "Cookies" to store the information about the contents of the shopping cart whilst the customer browses the site. A "Cookie" is a small text file which is downloaded to the computer on which the customer is browsing the website. Many websites use cookies, and are generally not a risk to the users security. Whilst some websites may use cookies to collect private information and send it back to the owner's website Solution77 Ltd and CheapBoilers.com do not do this. The use of the cookie is purely to allow the order to placed. Once the customer has left the CheapBoilers.com website the cookie is deleted by the web browser on the customer's computer.

Bank and Credit/Debit Card Security  [top]

Solution77 Ltd is very aware of the dangers of knowledgeable persons being able to obtain information sent over the Internet. Solution77 Ltd will not ask for any Bank details or private information on this website without a Secure Socket Layer encryption in place to protect such information - indicated by the padlock symbol in your web-browser. Similarly Solution77 Ltd will not ask any customers to send such information in, or attached to, any emails since this method can also potentially expose such data.

Your card details are handled by a third-party Secure Payment Provider called SECPay who have many years experience in online card transactions. SECPay will handle the card processing with your credit or debit card provider. Solution77 Ltd cannot and will not collect bank information, nor will ever have access to your card information. Order Acceptance and Processing  [top]

Any payment sent by the customer will represent a 100% deposit for the products detailed in the sale. Any acknowledgement, by e-mail or other means, at this time is to report that the order is being dealt with, and is not an acceptance of that order.

VAT is charged to all items purchased this website at the prevailing UK rate of 17.5%. If purchasing from abroad individual arrangements will have to be made with customs and excise over the refund of this money.

Solution77 Ltd retains the right to decline, or cancel, any orders without reason. If a deposit has been taken a full refund will be given. Solution77 Ltd may also suspend any orders until further information is gained to complete the transaction and/or delivery.

All technical specifications on Solution77 Ltd websites are approximations and further information should be gained from the manufacturers, links to which can be found in this website. Solution77 Ltd accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of information on third party websites. Solution77 Ltd, as a seller, holds no liability in the event of the goods infringing the rights of a third party. In the event of this occurrence Solution77 Ltd are obliged to transfer any such title, without prejudice, to the responsibility of the consumer for a remedy.

Delivery  [top]

Deliveries of orders taken from Solution77 Ltd websites are normally despatched within 3 working days of the payments successfully clearing. Currently Solution77 Ltd will not charge for any deliveries for goods purchased if the net value is over £150, and if the delivery is to be made to a mainland United Kingdom address. For orders with a net value of less than £150 a £15 (ex VAT) delivery charge will be made.

Some non-mainland United Kingdom deliveries above or below £150 total may incur an extra charge due to inaccessibility. If in doubt please email your address and postcode to sales@cheapboilers.com detailing the products and how urgently they are required. Currently we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.

A confirmation email will be sent (normally within 24hrs) to verify the goods can be delivered on the requested date. At certain times items listed may sometimes not be in stock or are not standard stock items. If, for any reason, a preferred or pre-arranged delivery time can not be satisfied then customers will be contacted, advised of such changes, and new arrangements can be made.

Solution77 Ltd is obliged to inform customers that the delivery of goods is a separate contract for services that may differ from the contract of purchase. Although the utmost is done to deliver on the agreed dates no liability is held whatsoever in the respect of late deliveries, and it is advised that any services linked to the delivery of these goods is not arranged until the goods are delivered and checked.

Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English law, Solution77 Ltd accepts no liability for any failure to ship products wherein this results from its inability to do so resulting from acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, draught, fire, legislation or other factors outside its control, or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so for reasons of suspicion of credit card fraud or similar, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify the customer within fourteen days of order being placed.

In such rare cases Solution77 Ltd will immediately refund any payment made, in full. It is customer's responsibility to ensure that an order from Solution77 Ltd websites is placed with sufficient lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from such non-shipment.

Website Pricing Errors  [top]

All prices shown are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. In the event of a pricing error Solution77 Ltd will not be bound to honour any errors made.

Website Image Errors  [top]

Solution77 Ltd do not guarantee that any images used in reference to a boiler are correct for that item. Solution77 Ltd will not be held responsible for incorrect selection of items based on the images on this website. It is the customers responsibility to check any visual characteristics with the manufacturer.

Returns Policy  [top]

Faulty Goods

Customers must check the goods thoroughly for damage on the day of delivery and notify Solution77 Ltd of any damage. Failure to do notify Solution77 Ltd within 14 days of delivery of any faulty goods received, which have not been installed, will result in difficulties in making a claim from the manufacturer or carrier, and could effect your entitlement to a full refund. Any goods that have been installed and subsequently returned with cosmetic damage will not receive a full refund.

Your statuary rights are not affected.

Cancellation

Generally no cost is incurred if orders are cancelled before the delivery date, inside usual working hours, and a full refund onto the original debit/credit card or by cheque will be issued.

Since the 31st October 2000 consumers have had the right to cancel an order within a seven day cooling off period from taking delivery. Cancellation must be in written form. The address is available from the About Us section. Customers cancelling in this instance will have the responsibility to return the goods unused and free from damage, or alternatively cover the cost of collection of the goods. Refunds will not include the cost of delivering the goods in the first instance. Again, refunds will be issued by cheque, or to the original debit/credit card, minus the cost of returning the goods.

Returns

Goods received and returned after the 7 day period and up to 30 days may be returned at our discretion. All goods must be in the original packaging and in an unused, resellable condition. The customer is responsible for the costs of any damage or devaluation of the goods. The goods can be returned in person or by collection at the customer's expense. In addition the customer will be charged an administration fee of 10%. The refund, less costs, will be made to the customer either by cheque, or to the original debit/credit card, within 30 days of return.

Returns will invoke a charge of £15 plus VAT to cover the original cost of delivery.

Warranty  [top]

All boilers sold are new and come complete with the manufacturer's warranty for parts and labour. Details of each warranty may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer but typically they are for at least one year, and more commonly two years or more these days due to competition between manufacturers (check the individual boiler descriptions or email our sales team to confirm).

Manufacturer warranties generally begin from when the boiler is commissioned, not when the boiler is purchased. Typical restrictions on the warranties are that the boiler is commissioned by a qualified professional.

Links from any Solution77 Ltd websites to third party websites on the Internet are not the responsibility of Solution77 Ltd. Any content contained within these websites is the responsibility of those third parties, and any transactions between any Solution77 Ltd customers and these websites are the customer's own responsibility. Solution77 Ltd will not be held accountable for any activity between customers and independant websites linked to from there own.
