Purchasing Online  [top]

The shopping basket is designed to allow the browsing and purchasing of items with the most minimal effort. Following the clearly marked buttons and links the you will arrive at the shop checkout. From this point if you proceed with your order you will be redirected to SECPay, who are a third party Secure Payment Provider. SECPay will manage your credit/debit card information over a 100% secure connection to ensure all confidential details remain as such. It is the responsibility of SECPay to make the necessary connection to Barclaycard Merchant Services in order to verify the payment.

Browsing The Online Store  [top]

The products on the website are organised into categories, list in a hierarchical structure in the menus on the left hand side of the website. Clicking on each branch of the list will open a set of sub-categories within.
To the top right of the website are some of the more commonly used navigational links, including the shopping basket and checkout pages.

Navigation menus are available on all pages of the website. However if you are after a specific boiler model you can use Quick Shop, the Site Map or try a simple search in the text field at the top left of every page.

Selecting A Product  [top]

Once you have navigated to your selected category you can now scroll through the range of products. Each product on the website has its own webpage, which contains a little information about the item. Included with some products are a list of Suggested Accessories. These are suggested by the Wholesaler and Internet Plumbing Supplies Ltd hold no responsibility for the accuracy and suitability of these parts. It is always best to check with the manufacturer if unsure.

Adding A Selection To Your Basket  [top]

Once you have navigated to the product list, or the individual product page, simply click the add to basket button along side the item.
You are free to continue browsing or you can proceed to the Checkout.

Reviewing Your Shopping Basket Contents  [top]

Review your Shopping Basket contents at any time by clicking the view basket link, top right. This will display your current Shopping Basket contents. You can navigate to further products using the menus, or remain at this point and adjust the quantities of any of the products in the Shopping Basket by typing in the quantity required and pressing the Update Basket button.

Proceed to the Checkout from this page by clicking proceed to checkout.

You can only proceed to the Checkout by first reviewing the Shopping Basket contents.
Once at the Checkout you are ready to begin inputting details so we can begin to process your order. Read our policies on the way we handle the data you provide.

The details you provide in the Checkout area of the website will be used to help process your order. Fill in the fields in the table, ensuring that all required fields (indicated by the * adjacent to description) are completed. Review your information and when satisfied please select the Proceed to Card Payment with SECPay >>> button to take you to the secure server at SECPay.

Paying Securely on the SECPay Server  [top]

You will be redirected away from the shopping basket checkout to a new website hosted by Secure Payment Providers, SECPay. You should see the CheapBoilers.com logo at the top of the page and a summary of your delivery and billing information. To ensure you are indeed on a secure connection you should check for the prescence of the padlock [padlock image] in the bottom right hand corner of your browser (if using Internet Explorer).

On this page you will be required to enter valid credit/debit card information. Without the information the transaction will not proceed and you will not pay for any items, nor will anything be delivered. Once you have submitted the information to SECPay they will make a connection to Barclaycard Merchant Services and pass the results of the validation back to the CheapBoilers.com server. A message on the screen will indicate whether your transaction was successful or otherwise. In addition an email will be sent to the email address you provided as a confirmation of whether or not the transaction was authorised.

Please note that any credit/debit card information given to SECPay will not be exposed to any other party except the appropriate bank. This includes Internet Plumbing Supplies Ltd who cannot and will not collect and store any private financial information. You can read SECPay's Customer Information message concerning card processing.

Shipping Information  [top]

Shipping is free on orders over the net value of £150. Orders under this value will include a £15 (ex VAT) charge to cover shipping costs. We only ship to UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Our normal, anticipated turnaround for goods delivery is 3 full working days from payment, although this cannot always be guaranteed, depending on stock availability, Bank Holidays or Christmas for example.
